6. My guess is the big number includes workers like Teachers and a few seasonal workers.

Teachers technically are not unemployed during the summer, but I know that some of my teachers when I was in school did look for summer jobs. Some states have had improving economies for months, those states could be hiring back cops that were laid off. Seasonal workers pick some types of Fall produce and there are some in sales jobs.
