2. Battery Too

One does not tackle someone with no intent to injure, or at least, with willful regard to that person's safety.
I think what she did rises to battery.
The hotel manager needs a one week suspension. (Unless there's a history, I don't believe in a firing because someone else acted badly.). The very fact he didn't deescalate the situation and allowed paying guests to be mistreated calls for a time out.
Also turns out this nutty woman lost her own damned phone, and then presumed it must have been stolen.
She needs to be charged.
