I know people who tweet for institutions. They're young, frequently lacking in maturity, and (like lots of people under 30) think everything they say and do deserves a trophy. I have no doubt the hammer came down hard on the tweeter, and the fear of God was put into the rest of the team.
Idiocy at the highest ranks of a company is one thing; but idiocy in the lowest ranks is simply the American way. My KitchenAid will be mixing up some delicious bread dough this weekend, same as always.
