Its that a new results page with different results cover the original page
The end result is the same as flipping but its more like adjusting the readout
Heres an example.... in 2016 hc lost Wisconsin by 21,000 votes,since their are 3200 wards it takes less than 7 votes per ward average to change result
No one checks that the precinct result plus ab result plus early result equals the reported result and if they did and it was only off by a couple no one would even suspect fraud, they would just say, human err

In 2016, Trump got 62,979,879 votes. In 2020, 74 million. So almost 12 million new supporters???
