1- if it could be done rapidly.. it stops the pardons.
2- same if- it removes him from the nuclear codes.
3- If done correctly it makes him ineligible to run again, if he somehow survives the next few years.

And less directly.. he becomes the one that was impeached and removed. That goes in the history books, and it also stains those who have willingly associated themselves with him. And that ain't nothing. I'd argue it also makes the illegitimacy of his occupancy of the whitehouse official. Maybe adds a little leverage in undoing some of the crap he has done to try and wreck the country.
