signal or condition. Probably not being able to get their hand on Pence, Pelosi, Grassley within a certain time frame. The entire line of elected succession was in one place. All congressional leadership was in one place. All that would be left would be Trump and mostly acting cabinet heads. I've always suspected Mnuchin and Pompeo of being very devious. They are high in the succession line too.
