An ex-president is no longer under the jurisdiction of the Senate.
The only way I could see that happening is if he were if the Senate convicted him prior to noon on 1/20 but didn't get the chance to disqualify him before noon. Arguably, they'd still have jurisdiction over the matter since it was still being voted on and could then vote to disqualify him from holding future office. But otherwise, I don't believe the Senate could vote to convict or punish an ex-president.

Impeachment doesn't affect his ability to run again...as for 50...you need 2/3 for conviction.
