from Philly's 2nd District Rep, Brendan Boyle. It's the first I've heard of the Rising Sun Chair.

That sounds like a really hot day in July! I was there in August quite awhile ago while we were on vacation from California.. & remember the big ol Liberty Bell!

I also had my baby son.. he evidently wanted to be born in Philly!
