35. Incorrect. President Pro Tempore comes from the majority party

Following tradition that will be Patrick Leahy (who previously served as PPT) although there is nothing in the rules that would prohibit another Senator, like Warren, being elected to that position.

We should assume the majority in the morning of 1/20.
