1. The 2nd amendment wasn't supposed to be in the constitution at all.

The south threw that in as part of a deal. The added it in the constitution to control slaves. That's why when cops will shoot a black even if they even think a black person has a gun. They're not thinking about 2nd amendment as a right for black person.
