For the information sector, it is easy to hedge their bets.
For a long time I have believed that many in corporate America are presuming America's decline and have therefor been looting the store as a preface to leaving town. But even they should know that a sudden collapse in America's stability, rather than just a steady slow decline, would shake the foundations of the world economy, undermining even seemingly safe havens.
