And, why do tasers not work so often? Is that there that great a population of folks unaffected?
I think the "I tried the taser" could be an excuse, too.
Unless the video shows him employing it, I'm suspicious. My biggest concern is that the gun is option 1 with too many cops.
Our friend (2 years deceased) rose from patrolman to captain and told us only twice ever did he need to pull his sidearm during an arrest. He was a cop for 40+ years in a town of >150,000. Twice, he pulled his gun from the holster.
