I was wrong. I apologize and stand corrected. [View all]

When the primaries started, my first choice was Elizabeth Warren. I viewed Joe Biden as a status quo, placeholder candidate, a candidate who wouldn't upset middle of the road voters. I was wrong. President Biden's cabinet choices, his EOs, and his statements
fully demonstrate that he's not merely keeping the Oval Office chair warm.
The diversity in his cabinet choices, as well as his support for environmental issues and economic issues (raising the minimum wage), show that he is truly trying to unify our country.

I even appreciate his call for conservatives and Republicans to join us. I don't think that call will yield results. However, I am very happy that President Biden is unifying Americans that are willing to be unified and that realize that we are a very diverse country, made up of all colors, genders, and sexual orientations.
