9. Country music stars don't live in a bubble

Their fans may think they do, but once you start traveling as a successful band, your world view will get changed pretty quickly. Being in a band that is getting started means engaging with venue owners and fans and promoting yourself. Not going to get very far by being a bigot. And then once you're a touring band you're seeing the whole country and then the whole world, you're getting exposed to great culture everywhere. Engaging with a diverse world in this way is going to snap you out of things pretty quickly.

Most of these country stars are probably pretty liberal, many just keep it to themselves, some probably pretend to be MAGATS.
