The strategies to deal with delusional thinking, in whatever form, are always the same. Anasognosia prevents the person from being capable of recognizing a problem...whatever the delusion. In the schizophrenic, the delusions are confirmed by the voices in their head. To the "Q infected", the delusion is confirmed by the posts on their phone. All other sources of information are deemed "fake".

The PT article closes with a nod to "take care of yourself" and get help if you need it. Sometimes, it is the best you can do.
