2. Pass the Biden plan NOW.

If we lose one Senate seat for any reason whatsoever we go back to Moscow Mitch as the arbiter of all that happens in Congress.

Two years from now no one will give a damn how the bill was passed. All that will matter is that it is (or is not) working.

Slicing it down like this pretty much guarantees we lose the majority in the House in 2022, and then watch all the calls for "bipartisanship" vanish into thin air.

The Democrats in the Senate represent the overwhelming majority of the American people. That two Senators from Wyoming have the power to negate the Senators from California is an obscene holdover from the 18th century, and an insult to the very concept of a representative democracy.

Pass the plan now.
