It is what it is, people want results, they do not mind nastiness. Reality TV, the internet, people are way less worried about manners and procedure and norms these days. Biden and the Dems need to call the Repub plan utter garbage, give Manchin whatever he wants, and pass the full $1.9 trillion.

There will be plenty of screaming and yelling by the right but who cares. Most voters these days won't care in the end how the results were achieved.

I pray Biden does not think this is 20 years ago. The rules have changed, his old friends are now part of a cult.
