13. I totally agree. Why let republicans decide what will be cut.

We should designate farm and oil subsidies and rural aid (for roads, electrification, broadband), then let republicans decide which of the three gets the axe. They routinely punished cities, suburbs and blue states when they had control, time to put the shoe on the other foot.
