43. Since the address has been published, you'd think that the next of kin probably already know

So yes, either they are trying to wrap up some additional arrests of others in the network who may not know the perp's address, or the perp is connected to some other person or organization, and they're waiting for it to blow over before quietly mumbling the name during a busy news cycle.
