(12,132 posts)although I have seen a belligerent customer or two inside the store. 99.999% of the customers and all the employees are masked and constantly cleaning.
I hate that the daughter of the founder spent some of her inheritance donating to Rump but if I want a clean store with good prices (especially for bogo items) and wide variety of stock and who goes out of their way to hire special needs kids, Publix is about the only game in town. I won't shop in Winn-Dixie or Wal-Mart and Aldi is too far away for regular shopping. Costco is a little farther too but we do get a lot of the large quantity non-perishable stuff there. I love Costco but they don't have a lot of things I need in smaller quantities and I can't use the larger quantities fast enough to keep them from spoiling. Although their gallons of vodka for 13 bucks have been a major help these last four years.
