I had my doubts as well, and I think he played it perfectly. I am so happy that he is being the president that we need, and that he understands that republicans, as much as he would have wanted them to work with him, may not do it so he pushes along.

I also believe that his actions of not caving to republicans stupidity and obstruction will eventually bring them to the table, not that I care to tell you the truth, but still would be nice. It is a dream to think that both parties would join forces to make this the country that it can be, but first republicans need to clean up house and get rid of the many imbeciles who represent them.

All I am hoping is for Biden to eventually adopt some of the progressive ideas that we as a country desperately need.
