77. Actually, Gohmert may win his appeal to have his fine rescinded

If he is telling the truth - and that is a big IF - he says that he complied with the procedure and went through the detector. later, before he was scheduled to speak, he left the chamber to go to the bathroom. He says he wasn't asked to come back through the detector, but returned to the floor.
