(31,261 posts)27. I got some of that stuff on my hands once. Took two months for all of it to be gone.
I have the nasty tendency of not wearing gloves for some activities, like all home tasks. Fortunately the skin on the palms and fingers is very forgiving, it is tolerant to a lot of things and sheds fairly rapidly relative to other skin on the body, so my two baths per day, screwing with the right skin, and the natural skin shedding counter-acted my idiocy and got my ass out of a self made sling.
