It has been terribly nice to not hear from him and look forward to never hearing from him again.

Let me add how much I have disliked the tweet machine from the beginning. It started with our daughter at the very beginning. We would meet her once a week at a restaurant and she would not put her phone down.
I wanted to smash the phone or throw it through the nearest window.
Twitter has not helped at DU much either, imho either.
