Fox cut away from Swalwell's presentation of horror [View all]
When Congressman Eric Swalwell began showing those terrifying videos, Fox decided to go back to their regular programming. After all, why confuse their viewers with a dreadful look at reality? (Like everyone else, I was glued to Swalwell's mind-boggling presentation. I googled Fox later.)
The Republican senators who were present however, couldn't switch to an alternate reality. Regarding those who sat there ignoring those videos and busying themselves with something else, one really has to question their basic humanity. But even most of those senators who watched will still probably vote to acquit a monster. Seems they will cling to power even in the face of unspeakable horrors. Sometimes, I really wonder if they are descended from the same species as the rest of us.
