People will look back on this years later and wonder how such a man could win the Presidency.

It really is stunning. Part of the reason is Social Media and other right wing media free to play fast and loose with truth thanks to the Fairness Doctrine that Reagan did away with in 1987.

Then there is the Urban/Rural divide. We educated big city dwellers are the “elites” they and Trump deride mercilessly.
