... and that might have even included the murders of Speaker Pelosi and Vice president Pence so he could declare
martial law to keep power.

This was an attempt at a violent overthrow of the US Government by Donald J Trump.

Trump and others (Bannon, Flynn, Stephen Miller, Stone, Fox news and so on)

Helped to organize the riot.
Helped to pay for the riot.
Helped to incite the riot.
Decapitated the D.C. National Guard and local law enforcement so they could not respond to the riot.
And Trump refused to call off the rioters who were loyal to him when told of their violence and law breaking.

So the only thing that Senate Republicans can do when confronted by this proven evidence is
to acquit Trump.
