8. I always keep some "Space Blankets" in my car.

They are very cheap on Amazon, not much more than a buck each when you buy 10. Also they don't take up much space. Also handy for injured people in car accidents to keep them warm.
I have one of those old metal coffee cans and keep one filled with candles I buy at yard sales in the summer. Emergence heater if stuck in the car in the winter. Just light one in the can and it makes a great little space heater. Back in the 70s I use to go camping in the winter in a two man pup tent. I had one of those fluid filled hand warmers. Would fire it up and then roll it up in a pair of sock. Then I would put in and at the bottom of my sleeping bag. It would keep my warm all night and had warm socks in the morning.
