6. What is the problem supposed to be?

Inauguration Day was March 4th until the 1930s. That's why they picked the day.

The Marshalls office posted it today because it's the anniversary of the event. It's "this day in history".

There is nothing wrong with providing historical facts, particularly on the anniversary of those facts. We're not going to purge history for a bunch of dipshits.
