No one, at this time seems to know the FACTS about that accident, so how about if we all wait?
Very sorry about your sister, not sure if the reckless driver responsible for your sister was a celebrity, but it happens on all circles of society, we only get to know about it when a celebrity is involved, there are reckless people everywhere.
Tiger Woods' accident was at 07:00am, so I doubt he was drunk, but we shall find out, he is not known for getting drunk. Could have been under medical drugs? that is a possibility, was he a reckless driver? We will find out, but speculating is not a good thing.

Yes he crossed the median into the opposing lane. It is very fortunate no one else was killed.

Top end is 147 mph. He probably had the V-6, which does zero to 60 in 5.3 seconds.
