For real?
Only a multitude of laws and policy that favors large businesses. The economy itself has changed quite a bit.
I dont understand the reluctance to explore what other areas we should bolster in order to get the most out of the investment in workers. The only thing I see people talking about here seems to be screw em, let em die off.
