regardless of the party of the accused.

I say that as someone who has been raped twice, and who worked with survivers of rape and sexual assault for more than a decade.

It's not a competition about whose abuse was worse. It's about addressing the harassing, sometimes violent, behavior of (largely) men, regardless of which party they are in.
