37. Thanks for the encouragement! I contracted the virus last year and was quite ill, but nothing

that required hospitalization. Just utterly sick and miserable with a very high fever and body aches. However, i gave blood probably six months later and no antibodies, so who knows. I’m too young at this point with no underlying health issues, but perhaps they’ll lower the age. I read that SC has lowered it to 55. Maybe some other states will follow suit. At any rate, I find it gives me joy to hear that so many HAVE gotten the shot. I was so worried about my friend who is nearing 70 and not in good health. Funny, I never knew how deeply worried she was until after she told me she got the vaccine. She was over the moon. I think she gets the next one in a few weeks. Again, glad to hear you got yours and I really like hearing from everyone who has managed to receive a shot! Hoping we’re turning a corner finally!
