75. Hard to make judgements from prison... even if he isn't removed by the Senate

How would this work out if he is arrested and pleads to whatever charges they settle on. He can't hear cases from jail.

Hard to see how he wouldn't be forced to resign in the plea bargain or how 34 of the QOP senators could not vote to remove a felon from the USSC.
