Gaetz just calls Nestor his "son," but Gaetz is not Nestor's father.
Nestor’s biological father is alive and lives in Miami. Gaetz told Heavy magazine that Nestor lived with his biological father in Miami during his junior year of high school. https://heavy.com/news/nestor-galban-2/
