business reasons for requiring vaccination, both for certain positions and in other cases for employment at all (how about our friend the commercial ship captain and his crew?), and that will be upheld because it continues to be true. Case by case, but the vast majority of deluded would-be litigants would be out both legal fees (or maybe just time in HR being educated) and whatever they were suing for.

I've been to the UK many times and am unaware of what recommended vaccinations there would be.
