19. Your post got me to thinking

that the churches in the area could (should) start collecting bottles of water right now. They could start planning now for the upcoming elections and begin to map out which polling area they could serve. If they are not wearing anything political would it be okay? Like I said I need to research this topic but it seems like something that several different congregations might be able to help.
