... is so true and is precisely what's missing in the mindset of right wingers. They do not see the world collectively but rather black and white with no room for grays which would threaten the investment they have in rigid thinking. Therefore they are almost never swayed by facts that don't support their opinions and will go to their graves in solitary ignorance to protect those opinions. I don't know why right wingers are such sheep and refuse to think for themselves, but sadly half our country fits this model.
