6. I retired mostly to get away from this insane CYA HR and admin stuff. One trick I learned though...

...they never changed the modules or even swapped the questions around. So if you wrote down the answers, next year you could just click through as fast as possible to get to the test and then refer to your notes and hours of wasted time were reduced. I even started to coach my new hires on this as it was so infuriating. I know, I was a nightmare for the HR Dept , but it was mutual.
