30. my 92 yo mom did vit D, lots of water, and arnica before than after 2nd Mo and did pretty well. some

weakness and sniffles but that's it. the vit D suggestion was from friend same age who's doctor suggested it and she did well also. 10,000 units 3 days before and a few after

a week after my first i got a big itchy welt at the jab spot but it's common and not to worry about
