I promise you, sexual harassment isn't a Republican or Democratic thing. It's a human thing (mostly a male thing).

I'd also advise you not to bring your politics into the workplace. I promise you, as manager of my department, I would take a very dim view if I found you in my office because you were throwing around your politics inappropriately.
