Even after the first shot there's a sense of relief.

And yes, you should have been eligible and received an appointment a number of weeks ago. I know from my own experience that the rollout really depends on your county and local area. Some are good; some are really awful. At this point in time, my area has seemingly worked out the kinks. The vaccine supply is more plentiful and the sites more organized.

My husband and I received our 2nd Pfizer shots last Thursday. On our first round we waited 2 hours because of a computer mistake (twice the number of people scheduled than expected). This second shot? We were in and out in less than 30 minutes including a 15 minute post-shot wait for possible reactions.

So, once again congrats. We're getting to the end of this nightmare, finally.
