2ND Moderna Shot yesterday. Anyone get the number of that truck that hit me?

72. I had my second shot on Saturday morning.

Like the first shot, the only side effect I had was arm pain. Instead of hitting me at the 12 hour mark, it started up three hours later and then hit like a ton of bricks at the 10 hour mark. Instead of feeling swollen and bruised, like I'd been hit by a bat, it felt like I woke up in a surgical recovery room right as a nerve block wore off.

Twice that night I woke from dreams about being post-op. I've had multiple surgeries on feet and wrist, so know the type of pain intimately. Definitely felt like I'd been under the knife down to the bone.

Fortunately, that was gone the next morning and back to the swollen/sore feeling. By Monday morning I was just fine. So the pain was more intense, but was gone faster than the first shot. I think I was sore for five days after that one.

Very mild low grade fever Saturday afternoon that was gone by bedtime. Otherwise, nothing else to report.
