it's a shame that this was not played up more. Maybe the media are afraid to hear what he has to say. I *know* there will NOT be 600+ people in that chamber due to COVID-19 protocols when this kicks off and I expect that "guests" will probably be limited to whatever few might be "featured" in the address (if any - although they could be given a nod virtually). Congressional members will most likely also be seated up in the galley to spread them out in there (at least those who choose to attend) in a manner not unlike what went on with the Joint Sessions related to the Electoral College vote count and final certification.
And expect the security to be unprecedented.
