As I said, there is significant, but very small minority, of people who are mentally ill... that is party or politics independent. These are the people who end up medicated, homeless, talking to themselves in the streets, and even in psych wards...

May I suggest some deep reading into the creation of the enemy? There are oodles of books on this... usually they are concentrated on war time conditions, but might hint to you why this is a problem. Perhaps, suffer me for a second, I am far more sensitive to this idiocy since dad survived the holocaust and I debriefed survivors of another Genocide, one that I will grant you, outside Guatemala and a few in Mexico, is all but known.
