The same imbalance occurs in the relative glut of idiots in bright red counties, so what else could you expect? I propose a trade. Idiots for vaccine. "Those" counties aren't going to need all the vaccine they are allotted, and clearly have no problem with having these troglodytes walking among them, so...
Seems like a good solution to me. At least a work-around.
