73. Had a lady call our store 3 times asking for an item we didn't have...

she claimed it was on our website, and that it was posted 15 hours ago(when we were closed). We sometimes highlight items we MIGHT carry on our website for our location, but our managers post it themselves and they sure as hell don't work when the store is closed. We don't even do retail online, there's no way to track items that way for us, let's just say we are a store where even the employees are surprised at what we get in our trucks sometimes. She more or less called all of us liars.
