citizens as well, which is an offshoot of Moorish religious beliefs. I thought it was important to make that distinction because all Moors are not tax dodgers or sovereigns. Furthermore, there is a problem - specific to the black community - where Charlatans identifying themselves as Moors, prey on people that don't know better. So not sure what you are addressing in my commentary.
