8. Last week when I was doing my shopping there was an elderly woman in the aisle

looking around like she needed help so I asked her if I could help her. Turns out she needed something from the top shelf that she couldn't reach. I'm pretty short but managed to get it for her and she was so grateful. You're right, sometimes little things can make the rest of your day pretty good.
