and consistently over tip because I know how poorly they are paid. Making the menu items more expensive and just tipping regular would probably cost me a lot less money.

I even tip at places like Subway now because I know they are not being paid a living wage. And these places know that which really pisses me off! At one point I swore I wouldn't tip at these places but then I realized I was only hurting the employees. We need legislation to force the employers to pay them more.
